The Delhi High Court has officially quashed the technical evaluation that awarded Alhind Tours and Travels LLC the contract to operate Indian passport, visa, and attestation services in the UAE. The ruling effectively halts the launch of 16 new Indian Consular Application Centres originally scheduled to open this month.

The court set aside the tender following petitions from competing bidders, leaving open the possibility that incumbent providers like BLS International may return while the Indian Embassy directly manages consular services in the interim.
