Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has reported a robust net profit of AED 3.736 billion ($1.01 billion) for the first half of 2026, demonstrating sustained growth amidst a challenging global operating environment. Gross revenue witnessed a 10 percent year-on-year increase, reaching AED 12.439 billion.
Bank leadership credited the strong performance to disciplined policy execution, steady demand for Sharia-compliant financial products, and the broader resilience of the UAE’s economic diversification strategy, which saw Dubai’s GDP expand significantly in the first quarter.
