ADNOC Distribution has reported record financial results for the first half of 2026, with net profit rising 59 percent year-on-year to $568 million. The operational surge was driven by record fuel volumes, network expansion, and strong growth in its non-fuel retail segment.
Reported EBITDA increased by 39 percent to $786 million, while underlying EBITDA reached $603 million compared to the same period last year. The company attributed the record performance to strategic retail expansion across the UAE and sustained consumer demand across its service network.
