Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan joined a GCC ministerial coordination meeting in New York ahead of the high-level week of the 81st United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting, held at Bahrain’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, brought together GCC foreign ministers to discuss joint positions on international issues and regional developments affecting security and stability.
Saudi Deputy Minister for Multilateral International Affairs Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Rassi also attended the meeting. The discussions included coordination among Gulf states on current regional challenges and issues expected to feature during the UN General Assembly.
