Kuwait’s Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has rolled out new directives allowing expatriate workers to officially update their registered professions and educational qualifications to match their actual job functions. Following Ministerial Circular No. 1 of 2026, the move is designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of the local labor market.
