Ministry of Finance Unveils Roadmap for 20 Major PPP and Offset Projects

The Omani Ministry of Finance has announced plans to advance more than 20 significant projects under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Offset programs during 2026. As reported by Oman Design & Build Week, the initiatives span critical sectors including education, healthcare, and ICT, with a primary focus on the Public School Buses Management project involving 5,000 modern vehicles. This strategic expansion of private sector participation is designed to enhance the efficiency of national infrastructure and support the Sultanate’s digital economy objectives.
