Sharjah Police have dismantled four interconnected international criminal networks involved in cyberattacks, digital wallet theft, money laundering, and violent assaults. Code-named ‘End of the Battle’, the operation resulted in the arrest of 33 suspects from 12 nationalities.

Authorities audited over 3,000 digital wallets and uncovered money laundering transactions worth Dh8.825 billion, executed through bank accounts, virtual assets, and intermediary companies. The networks utilized AI tools for phishing, traded stolen data on the dark web, and laundered illicit proceeds into luxury properties, vehicles, and jewelry.

Police also successfully foiled a planned kidnapping scheme targeting wealthy cryptocurrency holders, while seizing over Dh200 million in direct funds and assets.
