Bahrain extends unused visit visas for three months

In a move to support the tourism sector, Bahrain has automatically extended the validity of all unused visit entry visas as of February 28, 2026, for an additional three months. This extension allows travelers who were unable to fly due to regional tensions to use their existing visas without the need for a new application. The NPRA emphasized that these measures are part of the Kingdom’s commitment to accommodating international guests during current logistical challenges. Source: Fragomen / BNA
