The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has officially launched the ‘Our Flexible Summer’ initiative, providing more adaptable working environments for public sector employees during the hottest months of the year. Running from June 29 through September 10, 2026, the program allows government staff to choose between two flexible schedules to better manage their work-life balance.
