Dubai introduces flexible summer working hours for government employees

Running from June 29 through September 10, 2026, the program allows government staff to choose between two flexible schedules to better manage their work-life balance. This initiative highlights Dubai’s ongoing commitment to enhancing employee well-being and productivity while cementing its reputation as one of the world’s most liveable and forward-thinking cities.
