The Dubai Press Club has launched the third edition of the Arab Podcast Program, a three-week initiative designed to equip regional creators with the practical skills needed to produce, publish, and market successful audio projects. Created in collaboration with leading podcast platforms and industry experts, the hands-on training aligns with Dubai’s broader strategy to establish the city as a global hub for media innovation. At the conclusion of the program, participants will pitch their original concepts to a panel of industry specialists, who will evaluate and recognize the top three projects.

The opening day focused heavily on the medium’s growing influence on public awareness, with discussions emphasizing the importance of responsible broadcasting and the preservation of Arab cultural identity. The sessions featured prominent regional podcasters Jamal Almulla and Dr. Zainab Altaii, alongside moderator Safia Alshehhi, who shared their industry insights with the new cohort. Following the panels, participants transitioned into a practical masterclass co-hosted with Podeo, focusing directly on the mechanics of concept development, branding, and audience growth.
