GCC Secretary General denounces Houthi ballistic missile strikes on southern Saudi Arabia

Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has strongly condemned the recent ballistic missile attacks carried out by the Houthis against the southern region of Saudi Arabia. He described the assault as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law that undermines regional stability.

Albudaiwi reaffirmed the GCC’s collective stance, emphasizing that the security of Saudi Arabia is an integral part of the broader security of the member states, and called for a firm international response to deter further hostile practices.
