Kuwait: Environmental Authority Seizes Endangered Species in Major Crackdown

The Kuwait Environment Public Authority (EPA) announced today the successful seizure of numerous endangered wildlife and plant species following a coordinated raid. The operation targeted individuals in possession of organisms protected under the CITES agreement, which regulates international trade of threatened species.
