Kuwait Bourse all share index closes lower in Thursday trading

The Kuwait Bourse concluded trading on Thursday, August 20, 2026, with the All Share Index dipping by 3.02 points to settle at 8,818.26 points, marking a marginal decrease of 0.03 percent.

Trading volume reached 346.3 million shares executed through 25,780 transactions, valued at roughly KWD 94.6 million (USD 306 million). Meanwhile, the Main Market Index observed a slight gain of 20.02 points to reach 8,988.42 points, while the Premier Market Index dropped by 8.08 points.
