Oman and Rwanda have agreed to strengthen economic and investment ties during talks in Salalah.
Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi met his Rwandan counterpart as the two countries reviewed opportunities to expand cooperation.
The talks come during Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s official visit to Oman, which has included meetings with Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
The two sides are looking to broaden economic links and identify areas for greater investment and cooperation.
For Oman, stronger ties with African economies form part of a wider effort to diversify international partnerships and expand investment beyond traditional markets.
