Bahrain Ministry of Interior develops digital service for evening construction permits

Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior has announced the development of a new digital service for requesting work permits for evening and late-night construction in residential areas. The initiative is part of the government’s ongoing effort to automate and streamline public services.

The fully automated process reduces the permit processing time from five working days to just two days. Major General Adel Abdullah Amin stated that the simplified application mechanism reflects the ministry’s commitment to adopting innovative digital solutions and enhancing service efficiency.
