A commercial vessel was struck by a missile off the coast of Oman in the Arabian Sea, according to the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency. The incident occurred approximately 13 nautical miles southeast of Limah, while the ship was transiting outbound on the southern route near the Strait of Hormuz.

Authorities are currently investigating the strike, which adds to a growing list of maritime incidents in the highly strategic shipping corridor amid broader regional military escalations.
