GCC Secretary General and Kuwait strongly condemn drone attack on UAE

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi and the State of Kuwait have issued strong statements condemning the Iranian drone attack targeting the United Arab Emirates on August 31, 2026.

Albudaiwi stressed that GCC member states stand fully united alongside the UAE against any threats to its sovereignty and territorial integrity. Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated its total solidarity with Abu Dhabi, supporting all measures taken by the UAE to safeguard its security.
