Indian consulate in Dubai announces three-day closure for maintenance

The Consulate General of India in Dubai is temporarily closed from Friday, July 17, through Sunday, July 19, 2026, due to extensive road maintenance work within the consulate complex. All routine passport, visa, and attestation services in Dubai are suspended during this three-day period.

Services will resume at the Dubai location on Monday, July 20, with new appointments opening online the night before. In the interim, the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi remains fully operational and is processing urgent consular requests for affected expatriates.
