The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai have officially launched a new dedicated online portal to manage passport, visa, and attestation appointments. This temporary measure is designed to streamline consular workflows and minimize crowding at the mission premises during the transition to the new outsourced service provider, Alhind Tours and Travels LLC.

Expatriates must now book all routine consular requests in advance through the new system at book.passportindiauae.com. To control foot traffic, entry to the missions is restricted to applicants only (except parents accompanying minors) and is permitted a maximum of 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Limited walk-in services are available strictly between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with priority reserved exclusively for newborn registrations and emergency certificate applications.
