UAE expresses solidarity with Central African Republic over mine collapse victims

The United Arab Emirates has expressed its solidarity with the Central African Republic following a mine collapse in Zamboye, which resulted in numerous deaths and injuries.

In an official statement released on Thursday, August 20, 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) conveyed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, the government, and the people of the Central African Republic, while wishing a swift recovery for all the injured.
