UAE investors account for over 50 percent of Sharjah’s real estate trading value in H1 2026

UAE investors accounted for more than half of Sharjah’s real estate trade value in the first half of 2026, underscoring the emirate’s continued appeal as a top investment destination. According to a specialized statistical report issued by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, UAE investors ranked first among investor segments, recording investments worth AED 14.9 billion across 22,599 properties.

Their investments represented 50.6 percent of Sharjah’s total real estate trade value of AED 29.5 billion during the first half of the year. The department attributed the robust performance to growing confidence in Sharjah’s investment environment, supported by advanced legislation, sustainable urban development, and high-quality real estate projects.
