Kuwait Ministry of Health orders immediate closure of seven private medical and cosmetic facilities

Kuwait’s Ministry of Health enforced the immediate administrative closure of seven private medical and cosmetic facilities on Tuesday following an extensive series of regulatory inspection raids. The targeted enforcement campaign revealed severe violations of healthcare licensing standards, professional medical protocols, and civil employment regulations.

Inspectors uncovered several alarming infractions during the sweeps, including an administrative receptionist conducting medical pre-treatment assessments and a sales representative registered under a standard civil ID actively administering Botox and dermal filler injections. The ministry reaffirmed its strict zero-tolerance policy against violations that compromise patient safety and vowed to refer the offending operators to public prosecution.
