Qatar: Qatar ID (QID) Now Sufficient for Healthcare Access

In a move to simplify administrative procedures for residents, the Ministry of Public Health has announced that the Qatar ID (QID) can now be used as the primary document to access healthcare services at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) facilities, effectively replacing the need for a separate physical health card. Additionally, new regulations for e-commerce licenses have come into effect, allowing expats to start businesses without the requirement of physical office space.
