Oman: Iranian Foreign Minister Meets Sultan in Muscat for Mediation Talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi arrived in Muscat today for a high-level meeting with His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq to discuss ongoing regional mediation efforts. The visit comes at a critical juncture following the postponement of high-stakes diplomatic meetings earlier this weekend. Oman continues to leverage its unique position as a neutral regional facilitator, focusing on de-escalation strategies and the security of maritime corridors to ensure the continued flow of global trade and energy supplies.
