Saudi Arabia extends deadline to rectify expired expatriate work permits until the end of 2026

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has officially extended the deadline for employers to regularize expatriate workers with expired or unissued work permits. The extension gives businesses an additional grace period until the end of 2026 to ensure full compliance with national labor regulations without incurring severe administrative sanctions.
