Expatriate travelers and global business commuters can expect a gradual return to normal air travel as Kuwait International Airport officially resumed limited flight operations on Wednesday. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation confirmed that several Gulf, Arab, and international airlines, including EgyptAir and Flydubai, have restarted services exclusively through Passenger Terminal 4 (T4). The resumption is part of a phased recovery plan to restore normal aviation traffic following recent regional conflict disruptions. Authorities emphasized that extensive security and operational checks have been completed, offering a vital lifeline for thousands of expatriate residents eagerly awaiting the normalization of commercial travel routes.
